Well I had typed a long entry, but it mysteriously disappeared.... But here is the short version.
Working in Florida for New Years was great!! Being there once again was great. I missed my friends and I got to see most of them... I'm looking forward to visiting this SPRING BREAK to experience Expedition Everest first hand... I already own the ride shirt... just need to experience the ride! I miss my friends from there a lot.. and I can't wait to see them again.. Monique in particular... She was always one of the nicest peeps there!
Work here in Mcdowell has been good... I was offered a couple band positions here, but I would rather watch my goofy kids grow through their elementary years... I let them try a DDR game... and it was hilarious to watch!
Snow is great!!! I got a snow day on Monday and it was a great relief!! Ok, good enough for a summary of my long post... Hope to see you all soon!

Hey all,
I'm finally here back at disney for the New Year, and it is packed! MK was a madhouse to walk through.. When I walked by, The Haunted Mansion had a 30 minute wait. which isn';t bad actually. I work on the 28th and 30th at Town Square as a Character attendant. Hope to see some of you there!!

Well, kinda. I actually have found someone to be with!! Me and Felica have been hanging out a lot lately. We went to a wrestling show together on Saturday, which was a blast, and then today we went to eat at Texas (MY FAV) and hung out at my house watching Fight Club.. yeah, I know, what kind of person would show a new friend Fight Club... Well she read the book! It was great, and I actually had someone to cuddle with. It was great and I really missed having that.

Well I went out and bought DDR Extreme 2 for the PS2... And a network adapter. This game is feature rich!! Mission Mode is kinda boring, but it passes time. Also, you can play it online!! I am 2-1!!! lol and it is my first day of playing it. I've been playing the songs on standard mode for the online play.. All of them I was sight dancing.. Lol, that sounds funny.. Sight dancing. in other words, I was playing them for the first time. It was odd playing online, but it was definitely an exciting feeling!! I'll be playing online a lot this weekend coming up! I'm using way too many exclamation points!! Ok I'm gone!!!

Tonight was my final game as a coach for this season. My kids have lost every game, but everyone has noticed they have gotten a lot better every game. Except for one set of parents.
I had a couple parents yelling at my DURING the first quarter of the game saying some degrading remarks, such as I was pitiful amongst other things. This was done in front of my kids from BOTH schools that I teach at. It was so disrespectful and embarassing. I have to put up with the fact that my kids heard the guy and wife yelling at me. I ignored him for a few seconds and then told him if he didn't stop I wouldn't put his kid in at all. I've never done anything rude to anyone down there. He deserved me saying that. I did put the kid in... and what do you know, the first play he received a three seconds call to all you basketball fans. He also played out of position the entire time he was in the game. The parents were arguing that I had a kid in that did not deserve to be in (a fifth grader and it could very well be his final game of organized basketball due to knee problems resulting from a car wreck). Their kid is a fourth grader, and it's kind of a tradition that the fifth graders get more play time mainly due to more experience. I have 12 players to put in which includes 7 fourth graders. All the parents understand the fact that the fourth graders need to just get the experience, play a little this year, and be prepared to be next year's starters EXCEPT for this set. Also, the mother is the principal's daughter. I did the professional thing and let him know what had happened to let him handle it. It's disheartening that parents can be worse than their own kids, even though the kid constantly bugged me about going in.
I doubt I will coach next year just because of this one incident. I've been professional and done my job. The kids had fun and learned about the game. A game is not all about winning and losing, it is about having fun and learning.
If you can't tell already, I'm bummed out majorly about all of this. I know the kids are probably not sure what to think about the encounter, and I'll probably have to think of something to explain the behavior of the immature man. I can't believe I called someone immature. I don't do that too often.
Sorry about the long rant, I just needed to get it out of my mind and put it somewhere else. I hope everyone is having a good week!

One of the only movies to really stick out from my youth is Batman... I remember going to the theater to see it... I remember watching it on tape countless times, and today when I received the dvd, I still remember most of the lines. It is one great movie!! I bought the Anthology and the Batman Begins Deluxe Edition dvd. Also in the past week of purchases was In Living Color: Seaosn 4, Titanic, star Wars: Episode III with bonus disc, and The Wizard of Oz 3 Disc set... I have a lot to watch this weekend!!
"What are you?" ... "I'm Batman."

Yeah, so a couple of my best friends got married... big deal... I got to let birds out of a box... Not just any birds... Pigeons!!! There was this pigeon man who delivers pigeons... That is a job... Legend has it that he puts on a pigeon suit and becomes the pigeon. Amazing man!! I enjoyed my day though, being able to hang out with a psycho friend who hits himself, Dexter (who proposed to me), and Crazy Justin.. Yeah you can see it in his eyes... One craazy mo-fo. And there was this one lady we were hanging out with.. She showed us a monkey... It went peekaboo. Brad was also at the wedding, along with Mike White, and Bob. It was a great gathering of soulless souls. Mike will forever be able to say that he watched Where;s Blue to calm him down on his wedding day.. It is truly a work of art!! Look for it at http://www.ghostyroasty.com I'll have to start selling it on dvd!
